- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill until cooked through.
- Lay tortillas flat on a surface. Spread Caesar dressing evenly on each.
- Add grilled chicken, chopped lettuce, and Parmesan cheese to the center of each tortilla.
- Wrap tightly into a burrito style. Slice in half diagonally to serve.
