Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cold milk and melted butter until a dough forms. Do not overmix — the dough should be slightly sticky.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling dough into the simmering broth. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot. This hearty chicken and dumplings dish pairs well with crusty bread or a simple side salad.
