  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and sliced peppers, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
