Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Swirl into batter in the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze; drizzle over cooled bread.
