
Easy Big Mac Wraps
A quick and satisfying low-carb alternative to Big Macs, using lettuce leaves as wraps for flavorful ground beef and classic toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp relish (or finely chopped pickles)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Optional: sliced red onion, sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned (5–7 mins). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, relish, and mayonnaise for the burger sauce.
- Wipe out skillet and return it to low heat. Place 2–3 lettuce leaves in each wrap.
- Spoon 1/4 of the beef mixture onto each wrap. Top with cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and a drizzle of sauce.
- Garnish with optional onion or pickles. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder or smoked paprika to the beef.
- Lettuce wraps are best served fresh — assembly just before eating prevents sogginess.
