- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional: sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet, spread with BBQ chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheese, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and Garnish with cilantro. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

- Use cooked shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Make it vegetarian by substituting jackfruit or grilled vegetables.
