Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until you get a thick, uniform batter.
- Use a spoon or small scoop to portion the batter into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, or air-fry for a few minutes until crispy.
- Allow the donut holes to cool slightly. Coat with cinnamon sugar, dust with powdered sugar, or drizzle with chocolate glaze as desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and easy mashing.
- For a fluffier texture, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon.
- Bake instead of frying for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
