- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar until bubbly.
- Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin, melted butter, and activated yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with some melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Roll up tightly and cut into slices. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the icing. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

- You can prepare these rolls a day in advance and refrigerate overnight for easy morning baking.
