Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, creating a sturdy base.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef or turkey evenly over the chips. Add black beans and black olives, distributing them evenly.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the entire plate.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh salsa or pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with hot sauce and add pickled red onions if desired. Finish with dollops of sour cream.
