Instructions

  1. Start by removing the core from the cabbage. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft, then peel and cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a cabbage leaf flat, spoon about two tablespoons of filling in the center, fold sides over, and roll tightly from the bottom.
  4. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish or slow cooker, pour tomato sauce over them, and cover.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour or cook in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
