Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground meat until browned, seasoning with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas until pliable. Spread a layer of seasoned meat on the center of each tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top of the meat.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla to form a wrap, sealing edges securely.
- Optional: pan-fry the crunchwrap for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
