- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- While potatoes roast, cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Sear beef slices in a skillet until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble: Layer roasted potatoes and beef on a serving dish, sprinkle with bacon and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste. For extra flavor, add smoked paprika or your favorite herbs.
- Replace beef with ground meat for a different texture.
