- 8 oz spaghetti or favorite pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, olive oil, and feta cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender and feta is slightly browned.
- Mix baked vegetables with cooked pasta, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.

- You can add spinach or bell peppers for extra vegetables.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
