- 1 box of cake mix (your choice of flavor)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can of frosting (your choice of flavor)
- 1 bag of chocolate or candy coating
- Assorted sprinkles and toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven as directed on the cake mix box. Grease and flour a baking pan.
- Mix the cake batter according to the package instructions using the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
- Once baked and cooled, crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix thoroughly until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Dip the ends of lollipop sticks into melted chocolate and insert them into the cake balls.
- Dip each ball into chocolate or candy coating and decorate with sprinkles.
Notes
- Store cake pops in a cool, dry place.
- If kept longer than a few days, refrigerate them in an airtight container.
