Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool.
  4. Spread caramel sauce over cooled cheesecake. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over caramel.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
