Instructions

- Mix the brownie batter by combining the red velvet cake mix with oil, eggs, and sour cream until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), line a baking pan with parchment paper. Spread brownie batter evenly, then dollop the cheesecake mixture on top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
