Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Layer sliced croissants in the dish, sprinkling chocolate chips intermittently.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants, pressing down slightly.
- Let sit for 15 minutes to absorb.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
