- 2 English cucumbers, diced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Carefully dice the avocados and add them to the bowl. Finely chop the red onion and sprinkle it over the mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the chopped cilantro, and mix it in. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
