Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish, and roll coated cauliflower in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
- Transfer cauliflower to the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cauliflower and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced scallions or cilantro before serving with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toss cauliflower in a soy-ginger sauce before serving.
- Can be baked in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes if air fryer is unavailable.
