Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs mixed together.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, repeating the egg and breadcrumb coats for extra crunch.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or air fryer until hot. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
