- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then place in the air fryer basket.
- Spray with cooking spray and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and serve with blue cheese or ranch dip.
Notes
- For extra crunch, toss cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for milder or spicier flavors.
