Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed popcorn mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour, then in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with popcorn mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
