Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until skin is crispy and insides are fluffy.
- Remove from air fryer, cut open, and add toppings as desired.

- For extra crispiness, brush potatoes with additional oil before cooking.
