Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy tomato sauce. Warm through for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
