Ingredients
- 400g (14 oz) of pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended)
- 500g (1 lb) honey buffalo steak, sliced into strips
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of heavy cream or sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add sliced honey buffalo steak and cook until browned. Pour in buffalo sauce and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream or sour cream until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine cooked pasta with steak and sauce mixture in a large bowl. Transfer to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy the rich, spicy-sweet flavor of this creamy pasta dish.
