Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. Slowly pour in the warm milk mixture, whisking continuously.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
- Cool before serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
