- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- paprika (for garnish)
- Fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives. Chill before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or pickle relish to the filling.
