A classic appetizer featuring halved boiled eggs filled with a creamy, seasoned mixture of mayonnaise, mustard, and herbs, topped with paprika and chives.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Carefully remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives. Chill before serving.
