- 1 cup diced celery
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and grated cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add shredded chicken and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until heated through. Garnish with parsley and cheese before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or vegetarian protein for chicken.
- Adjust the cream for desired richness.
