  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. Blanch cauliflower florets in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
