- 1 pound (450g) pasta shells
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, melting the cheese into the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Adjust cheese amount for desired creaminess.
