Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease and flour a loaf or bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in sour cream or Greek yogurt until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
