- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow cooling slightly before drizzling with melted chocolate and topping with additional marshmallows if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
