  • Β½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup milk
  • ΒΌ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine apple butter, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring just until combined.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl in a small bowl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over it.
  6. Pour remaining batter over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar swirl. Use a knife to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
