Instructions
- Begin by preparing the chicken. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken cube first in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (180°C) and fry chicken bites until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
