  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, then press a few mini marshmallows on top of each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and marshmallows are toasted.
