Instructions

- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just incorporated.
- Fold in butterscotch chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on each cookie before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
