Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Reduce heat, stir in shredded cheese and milk, and cook until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot topped with green onions and bacon.
