- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a large circle.
- Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold the edges inward to create a braided or wreath shape, pinching to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving. Let cool slightly before slicing.

- You can add cooked, crumbled sausage or chopped ham for a meaty variation.
- Serve with marinara or garlic butter for dipping.
