Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir well and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, garlic butter, mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated. Fold in extra toppings if desired.
- Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down first, cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Brush the outside with garlic butter for extra crispiness if desired.
