- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Combine cooked chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well coated.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat, spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture in the center, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and add parsley if desired.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly from one end to the other. Brush each wrap lightly with olive oil for crispiness.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil, and cook wraps seam side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Alternatively, use an air fryer for even cooking.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken for added convenience.
- Experiment with different melting cheeses like pepper jack or Monterey Jack.
- To make the wraps vegan, substitute chicken with tofu or chickpeas and use vegan cheese and mayo.
