- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Press tater tots into the bottoms and up the sides of each muffin cup.
- Bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over each cup, then bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
- Remove from oven, top with bacon bits and green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar with pepper jack or mozzarella for variation.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or garlic powder before baking.
