Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the funfetti cookie mix with butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until fluffy.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drop cookie dough balls onto the tray, leaving space between each.
- Top each dough mound with additional sprinkles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
