Instructions
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater; microwave until tender and cool.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower using a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, seasonings, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape the cauliflower mixture into a crust on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then add your desired toppings.
- Return the topped pizza to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
