Instructions
- Boil the cauliflower florets in vegetable broth until very tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain cauliflower, transfer to a blender, and add nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine the blended sauce with sautéed garlic, heat gently, and serve over pasta or vegetables, garnished with parsley.
