Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and eggs. Add salt and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape or place into a greased loaf pan.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the meatloaf for 45-55 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juiciness.

- Use ground beef with higher fat content (80/20) for maximum juiciness.
- Add optional seasonings like garlic powder if tolerated on your carnivore diet.
