Instructions
- Cook the bacon slices until crispy, drain excess fat, and chop into small pieces.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix in bacon bits.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese to create the cheesy filling.
- Layer the cooked beef and bacon mixture in a greased baking dish or pie pan.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the layered meat, spreading evenly. Add extra cheese if desired.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pie for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
