Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds with almond milk. Whisk well to prevent clumping.
- Add butterfly pea powder and sweeten with honey or agave syrup. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure even distribution of chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken.
- Layer in a glass jar starting with purple chia pudding, then add fresh fruit, granola, and nuts alternately.
- Garnish with edible flowers, mint, or berries.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
