Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts by grilling, baking, or boiling, then shred into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated. Adjust sauce quantity for desired spice.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat. Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing in the center.
- Add lettuce, buffalo chicken, shredded cheese, celery slices, and optional herbs. Fold sides and roll tightly.
- Cut wraps in half diagonally, serve immediately, and garnish with extra dressing or herbs if desired.
