Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in orzo and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, lemon juice, and zest; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
