  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. In a small bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Swirl into the batter.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
